💰 Salary & Location Details
Location: TIK International School, Minato City, Tokyo, Japan (106-0044)
Annual Salary Range: ¥3,000,000 – ¥4,100,000 JPY (Equivalent to approximately ¥1,538 – ¥2,103 per hour)

🎓 Your Profile & Requirements
To excel in this vital role, candidates must possess:
Education: A Bachelor’s Degree in Education or a related field. (A valid Japanese Hoikushi license is highly advantageous).
Experience: Previous, demonstrable experience working with infants, toddlers, or preschool-aged children is strongly preferred.
Language: Native-level fluency in English is mandatory.
Eligibility: Must currently hold legal status or eligibility to work full-time in Japan.
Skills: Expertise in child development, effective classroom management, creative lesson planning, and a genuine, flexible attitude.
