🎓 Your Profile & Requirements

To excel in this vital role, candidates must possess:

  • Education: A Bachelor’s Degree in Education or a related field. (A valid Japanese Hoikushi license is highly advantageous).

  • Experience: Previous, demonstrable experience working with infants, toddlers, or preschool-aged children is strongly preferred.

  • Language: Native-level fluency in English is mandatory.

  • Eligibility: Must currently hold legal status or eligibility to work full-time in Japan.

  • Skills: Expertise in child development, effective classroom management, creative lesson planning, and a genuine, flexible attitude.
